Located right opposite the busy Bugolobi Market in Kampala, Emily’s shop focuses on providing efficient and secure bill payment services for individuals and businesses, as well as selling mobile phones and doing SIM registrations. She has two outlets in close vicinity. Emily started using Flow in April 2019, and since then she has taken 73 float advances which have enabled her to increase shop income by nearly 50%. Between April and November, she has processed transactions worth UGX 176,750,000 UGX (USD 47,341) powered by Flow. Flow enables her to better serve existing customers and to attract new customers.
